A Card for a Very Dear Friend

This flower card is done for Chloe's birthday. I had this idea of doing a mini album for her but then I need more time, and I've been a procrastinator! URRRGH! This is also a scraplift challenge of one of the Garden Girls from 2Peas, Garden Girl, Cathy Blackstone.
