the difference a year makes

I love this LO to bits. It was done in the very 11th hour before Seth's 1st Birthday Party. In fact, came upon this LO which I scraplifted from on the day before the party. I was at the salon and reading Ali's A Designer's Eye to Scrapbooking, saw the 2 pages spread LO and had to scraplift it away!

Techniques used: paper tearing, painting, eyelet setting
